Damaged Safe Form
Please fill out the fields below if your safe was damaged in a Fire or Burglary Attack.
We will call you in 3-5 business days, once the form is received.
In addition to this information, we also will need a copy of:
• The Police Report if your safe was damaged through a burglary attack
• The Fire Report if your safe was damaged from a fire
• Name of your home owner's insurance provider and your policy number
• Pictures of the damaged safe
