NRA Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to those who sign up at the online giveaway page accessed via QR code during the NRA Show and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the Contiguous 48 United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Granite Security Products, Inc. dba Winchester Safes (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of Granite Security Products, Inc. dba Winchester Safes as final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.
3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted in person at the NRA Show via QR code entry starting April 25, 2025 at 9:00 AM CT and ending April 27, 2025 at 5:00 PM CT. All entries must be received by the close of the show.
4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must scan the official giveaway QR code displayed at the Winchester Safes NRA Show booth 3137 and complete the entry form with full name and valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified at the discretion of Granite Security Products, Inc. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from the sponsor, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
5. Prizes: The approximate retail value of all prizes is $2100. The prizes include: One (1) Winchester Bandit 19 Safe, fulfilled by Winchester Safes; One (1) Winchester Xpert Suppressor Ready .22 Rifle, fulfilled by Winchester Repeating Arms; and (1 case) Winchester 21 Sharp Ammunition (JHP & Copper Matrix), fulfilled by Winchester Ammunition. Each item will be delivered separately by the corresponding brand responsible for manufacturing and distributing that product. You are not guaranteed to win a prize, and your chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received. The actual or appraised value of the prize may vary at the time of award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including, without limitation, any and all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of the prize, transfer/assignment of the prize to others, or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Granite Security Products, Inc. dba Winchester Safes to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
