Father’s Day Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: The Father’s Day Instagram Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to those who participate via official giveaway post and who are at least 18+ years old at the time of entry. The giveaway is open to legal residents of the Contiguous 48 United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Granite Security Products, Inc. dba Winchester Safes (the “Sponsor”), are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of Granite Security Products, Inc. dba Winchester Safes as final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.
3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about June 12, 2025 at 09:00 AM and ending June 22, 2025 at 11:59 PM. All entries must be received by the end of the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter:

•Comment on the post with your favorite memory with your dad or a father-figure (dads entering may share one of their favorite memories)
•Bonus Entry: Share the Giveaway post to your Story and tag @winchestersafes

Limit one (1) comment entry per person, with additional entries allowed as bonus/extra entries as outlined above. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified at the discretion of the Sponsor.

5. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive a limited edition Winchester Western Cabinet. Approximate retail value: $299. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor and announced via the official Giveaway post and by direct message on June 23, 2025. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days, or fails to comply with the official rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings.
8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Giveaway, you grant to the Sponsor the right, where permitted by law, to use your entry, name, likeness, voice, statements, and any other information submitted, for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media without further notice or compensation.
9. Terms: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these rules or attempts to tamper with the entry process.
10. Shipping Requirements

**Delivery Requirements**: The freight company delivering your Western Cabinet requires suitable conditions for a large truck. This includes adequate space for maneuvering, a clear pathway free from obstructions, and accessibility for loading and unloading. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery location meets these requirements prior to the scheduled delivery date.

**Delivery Scheduling**: After your prize is processed, you will be contacted by the freight company to arrange a delivery time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at that time.

11. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Granite Security Products, Inc. dba Winchester Safes and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.
12. Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF TEXAS. Any disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court located in Texas.
