Ranger 26 Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to those who sign up at the online giveaway page accessed via QR code at Cowtown Coliseum and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the Contiguous 48 United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Granite Security Products, Inc. dba Winchester Safes (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of Granite Security Products, Inc. dba Winchester Safes as final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.

3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted via QR code entry starting June 10, 2025 and ending July 11, 2025 at 5:00 PM CT.

4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must scan the official giveaway QR code displayed on the digital board at Cowtown Coliseum and complete the entry form with full name and valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified at the discretion of Granite Security Products, Inc. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from the sponsor, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

5. Prize: The approximate retail value of the prize is $1800. The prizes include: One (1) Winchester Ranger 26 (white), fulfilled by Winchester Safes. The actual or appraised value of the prize may vary at the time of award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including, without limitation, any and all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of the prize, transfer/assignment of the prize to others, or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Granite Security Products, Inc. dba Winchester Safes to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline. Winner will be notified via email on or about July 15, 2025. Winner must respond within seven (5) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Winner must present a valid government-issued photo ID to claim prize.

7. Release of Liability: By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Granite Security Products, Inc. dba Winchester Safes, Cowtown Coliseum, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize won.

8. Disclaimer for Drop Ship Orders of Winchester Gun Safes
*DROP SHIP DELIVERY IS CURB-SIDE ONLY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE INSTALLATION*
By placing a drop ship order for a Winchester Gun Safe, you acknowledge and agree to the following
terms regarding delivery and cancellation:
a. Delivery Requirements: The freight company delivering your Winchester Gun Safe requires suitable
conditions for a large truck. This includes adequate space for maneuvering, a clear pathway free from
obstructions, and accessibility for loading and unloading. It is your responsibility to ensure that the
delivery location meets these requirements prior to the scheduled delivery date. Most carriers are unable
to deliver on non-paved roads or rural locations. If this applies to your order, you will be notified prior to
shipping.
b. Inadequate Delivery Conditions: If the shipment is undeliverable due to inadequate delivery conditions
and must be returned to shipping company hub for storage, storage fees assessed will be the customers
responsibility. If undeliverable shipments must be returned to sender, customer is responsible for freight
charges to and from sender location. Refunds will be issued on returned orders less the cost of freight.
c. Canceled Orders: In the event of a cancellation after your order has been processed, a restocking fee
may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with returning the item to inventory. If you cancel
after the shipment has been dispatched, customer is responsible for freight charges to and from sender
location. In this instance, refunds will be issued on returned orders less the cost of freight.
d. Additional Freight Charges: Additional freight charges may be assessed on any shipment due to fuel
surcharges, freight class restrictions, load size restrictions, etc. Customer will be notified of these
additional charges before the order is shipped. If additional charges are approved, payment will be
required before order is shipped. If additional charges are not approved, order will be canceled, and
customer will receive a full refund.
e. Delivery Scheduling: After your order has been processed and scheduled for shipment, we request the
carrier to contact customer to arrange a delivery time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the
shipment at that time. While we make every effort to have this completed, we are not responsible if the
carrier does not call ahead of delivery. In this instance, please let us know this has happened and we will
reach out to the carrier for a resolution.
f. Inspection Upon Delivery: Upon receipt of your Winchester Gun Safe, please inspect the package for
any visible damage before signing for the delivery. Physically walk around the safe and have the driver
notate any damage to the packaging if seen on delivery receipt before you sign. Take your time and do not
feel rushed by the driver. Once you sign for the safe you take ownership.
