Shipping, Delivery and Installation

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Depending on the size and weight of you safe or cabinet, we ship all of our security containers by FedEx, UPS, or Common Carrier. All Safes are shipped “Curb Side Delivery” and Cabinets are typically delivered to your door.

Shipping Cost Disclaimer – We go to great lengths to insure your safe gets delivered without any issues. Having said that, it comes at a cost. We use a nation-wide averaging to estimate freight cost and sometimes, we get it wrong. On these rare occasions, we reserve the option to come back to you and ask that you help absorb those addition cost. We will communicate this directly and resolve immediately, so we can process your order.

2. DELIVERY BY COMMON CARRIER*

If your Safe or Cabinet is delivered by a Common Carrier, the delivery location must be accessible by a large truck. The carrier will contact you regarding the delivery. Unless other arrangements have been made by the Customer, the carrier is not required to place the safe into your garage or home.

Please inspect your safe or cabinet for freight damage before you sign the Delivery Ticket for the Driver. If there is sufficient damage to reject the shipment, note it on the Bill of Lading, and refuse the shipment. Failure to do this, transfers the responsibility for the shipment directly to the Customer.

3. DELIVERY BY FEDEX, OR UPS*

If your Cabinet is shipped by FedEx or UPS, the carrier will place your shipment near the front door of the “Ship To” address. The Customer is responsible to unpack, assemble, and place in the desired location of your home.

4. Installation

We do not make deliveries inside. Installation of the item is the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

*At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States.
