Extended Warranty

The Extended Lock Warranty covers the original lock only that was installed on your Winchester safe. Depending on your model, the extended lock warranty will add years to the Manufacturer’s lock warranty (see below for specifics pertaining to the different types of locks).

The optional extended warranty on locks must be purchased during the initial warranty period (check your Owner’s Manual for initial lock warranty details).

UL Listed Locks – 10 years
All UL Listed locks, both mechanical and electronic, are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the purchase date. (Excludes all Tractor Supply Models and Academy Models) Excludes battery replacements, or other disposable parts. Purchase an extended warranty of ten (10) years for $75.00. Any replacement lock will gain a new one (1) year warranty from the date of replacement.

NON-UL Listed Locks – 2 Years
All Non-UL Listed locks, both mechanical and electronic, are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the purchase date. (Covering all Tractor Supply Models and Academy Models) Excludes battery replacements, backup keys or other disposable parts. Purchase an extended warranty of two (2) year for $75.00.

For Tractor Supply Models, an extended warranty is available for models starting with Serial Number WIN-24-XXX.
