Donation Requests


We’re committed to giving back to our community and supporting the efforts of charitable causes across America. Each year, Winchester Safes receives hundreds of donation requests, and while we make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible, we do require in-depth information about your event or organization in order to consider your request. Please read the requirements below and fill out the online donation request form. Requests submitted via email, social media, phone call or fax may or may not be received, and if received, will be directed to this page for proper submission.

  • All requests must be received AT LEAST NINETY (90) DAYS IN ADVANCE of the scheduled event date.

  • Requesting organization must be a charitable 501(c)3 organization. (Please Note: We do not donate to third parties fundraising on behalf of another organization or individual.)

  • Monetary donations will not be considered.

  • Full size gun safes require detailed and sometimes difficult delivery logistics. If requesting a full size gun safe for donation, Winchester Safes may require your organization to facilitate or pay for delivery of the product to your event or auction/raffle winner.

  • Donations are subject to availability.

  • Failure to fill out the donation request form fully will result in the dismissal of your request. Please submit all information at once.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for response to your request.

  • Winchester Safes reserves the right to consider all donation requests on a case-by-case basis.
